Metal on metal contact exists, unsafe to drive and vehicle needs new rear pads and rotors. Front pads have 4-5mm of material left. Likely will need to be replaced by next oil change. Threshold for replacement is 3mm. Rear control arm bushings starting to tear. Recommend replacing as part of preventative maintenance. Serpentine belt showing age but not cracking. Recommend replacing as preventative maintenance if not done so recently. Last oil change performed at 122K per sticker. Recommend performing oil change if not done since then. Battery tested to be at 39% health when at 100% state of charge. Battery is six years old as well. Recommend new battery. Shocks are old but not leaking. consider replacing in the future.
