- Pressure tested system and found no leaks. Radiator cap seal was worn and not sealing system properly. Replaced with new cap and found vehicle to be overheating on test drive. Found thermostat to have failed. Replaced with new one under warranty. Due to cap leaking system may or may not be compromised. Check coolant levels for next 100 miles to confirm system check.
